USE OF COPPERBOX.COM CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS HEREIN. This agreement is known as our "Terms of Service" and is a binding agreement.

Key Digital product for sale to end-users only. No sales to resellers please. Resellers please contact Key Digital directly for sales and assistance. Key Digital products are sold "ALL SALES FINAL" and NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted.

Use of COPPERBOX.COM, placing an order via online, mail, fax, telephone, or other means attests that you have read and understood the policies below and constitutes your acceptance of such terms unilaterally and without remedy or recourse and enters you into a binding agreement. This agreement will be updated from time to time without notice and will remain in full force indefinitely. Purchasing product or using our site without reading and understanding our Terms of Service does not constitute "non-acceptance," nor does a plea of "no knowledge" of our Terms of Service constitute you, the customer, as to not entering the "Terms of Service" agreement.

COPPERBOX.COM and its agents make no claims for an item's usefulness, merchantability, usefulness for a particular purpose, or claims to compatibility. Items are listed using manufacturer's descriptions and the manufacturer is responsible for all fitness or compatibility claims. COPPERBOX.COM bears no liability for remedy in such a dispute. COPPERBOX.COM is a sales agent only and does not warrant any product.

Return Policy Foreward. Customers with adverse claims to an items compatibility or merchantability, or usefulness for a particular purpose agree to contact the manufacturer directly for sole remedy. Original sales invoice must be provided upon request. "Open Box" product is non-returnable. "Restricted Return" product also includes product noted as such in their detailed descriptions.

Return Policy Limitations All returns must be authorized by our RMA Unit within 14 days from invoice date and received by our RMA department within 21 days of invoice date. Shipping and freight non-refundable. Customer must contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA# prior to returning any merchandise. Issuing an RMA number does not constitute acceptance of your return. Returned items will be inspected for proper working order, condition, and completeness. Credit less restocking fees will be issued for merchandise only--shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return freight to include full insurance value on item(s). Merchandise must be complete, in original packaging with all documentation and accessories in resell-able condition. You MUST include a copy of your original invoice with RMA# marked clearly. Items must include original, unmarred package, documentation, warranty card, and all accessories/cables, in new condition. Items returned not following these terms will be refused and returned at customer's expense or additional restocking fees will apply. Price match and "best price" items are not returnable and will be considered "in final." Products not eligible for returns ("NON RETURNABLE") include but not limited to: all close-out, open-box, and discontinued items,  DBS and FTA satellite receivers and their respective accessories,  Key Digital Systems, cables and cable assemblies custom ordered or over 4m in length. All warranty claims from these manufacturers must be sent back to the manufacturer.

Order processing Most orders process the same day if ordered by 4pm Eastern time. Items ship from several points in the US. Stock status is representative only of typical inventory levels--please contact us directly for large quantity orders and time-sensitive deliveries. If your delivery is time sensitive, use an expedited service such as FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx 3-day Saver. We reserve the right to use a different carrier or shipping method at our sole discretion. Some items are available as the identical unit by different companies with different SKUs. If you order such an item that we don't have stock on hand, we will ship the SKU that we do have in stock therefore the brand name will change. If you have a brand preference, even though the item is identical, please indicate "brand required" in your order comments .

Order cancellations. Orders with items that are "NON RETURNABLE", "Specialty Item", and "Special Order" cannot be canceled for any reason once your order is placed. Canceling an order without special order merchandise after clicking "PLACE ORDER" will incur an order cancellation fee to cover our processing costs. Domestic and international order cancellation fee is $20. To cancel an order, you must call us before your order is prepared for shipment. Do not email us to cancel your order. Orders that are scheduled for shipment (as evidenced by a tracking number or manifest) that are canceled will be treated as a "return". At this point, an order cancellation will be considered as a "return" and will be processed as a "return". Shipping will not be refunded. Orders for "special order" items cannot be canceled or returned for credit, refund, or exchange. Special orders are "final" sales. Orders that ship via freight ("truck freight") that are canceled will be assessed a return freight charge in addition to restocking fees. Orders and preorders with deposits beyond 30 days will be canceled at customer's request and a 20% order restocking fee will be imposed; customer's remaining deposit will be issued as store credit only.

Return Policy Addendum for International customers. All international sales are "final" and no returns for credit or exchange will be accepted.

Returns for store credit To receive 100% store credit on items purchased (shipping is non-refundable), item and all accessories (including warranty card, cables, packaging, media) returned must be in as-new condition with no scratches, cuts, cosmetic damage. Some items cannot be returned for store credit -- See Return Policy Limitations. Damaged items, items missing or missing accessories will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Customers returning items for store credit not in as-new condition will be levied restocking fees based on costs required to return the item to as-new condition. Once issued, store credit will remain on file and not expire. It may be used towards the purchase price of an item(s). Any sale to which store credit has been applied will be considered a "final sale".

All Defective returns for replacement merchandise A "defective" product is a product that as failed a specific test from a defined, control standard. This control standard may differ, often substantially, from individual applications and equipment. It is through this control that returns will be tested and deemed "defective" or "non-defective." Procedures for testing returns are exclusive from any claims to compatibility or merchantability, usefulness for a particular purpose. Replacement product may not be immediately available. Defective item will be replaced with identical item only. COPPERBOX.COM will cover the costs of return shipping by carrier of choice at our sole discretion. Expedited return shipping available at the customer's expense.

Restocking fees, shipping recapture, and shipping fees All returns must receive prior authorization and RMA#. Issuing an RMA# does not constitute acceptance of a return. Returns for credit card refunds subject to 15% restocking fee. Bulk wire, finished cables, and specialty connectors, CATV and satellite products (antennas, splitters, connectors, etc) subject to 20% restocking fee. AVX-661 and AVX_561 systems subject to 30% restocking fee. If merchandise is not in as-new condition, missing or marred parts, missing or marred original carton, additional fess may apply. Restocking fees are calculated on invoiced price. Items shipped with promotional 'Free Shipping' offers will be subject to a shipping fee in addition to restocking fees.

Exchanges. To arrange for an exchange, your returned items will be processed as a return for store credit, then the applicable credit can be applied to the sale of other products.

Pricing on our website is for online orders. Telephone and mail-order pricing may vary. In no event are we liable for any errors, typographical or otherwise. A displayed price does not constitute a contract for sale of that item at that price. Should we change an item's price to a lower price within 14 days of your purchase of that exact item, we will issue upon request a non-refundable store credit for the difference (with the exclusion of any pricing on shipping or freight) with a maximum limit of $50 and a minimum amount of $11.

Rebates and value coupons From time to time we may offer special discounts such as instant rebates or coupons on certain items, some of which are in the form of hyperlinks to our site. These special offers are for a very limited time. We do not publish a start nor and end-time to the offer. These offers will commence and expire without prior notice and no "rainchecks" will be offered after expiry. The number of sales allowed will be limited by time and item's availability. All special discounts are subject to verification for legitimacy prior to acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. Due to the often substantial savings these offers may contain, if we have any difficulty processing your order (such as, but not limited to declined credit card transaction, incorrect or non-matching billing information, etc) we will be unable to offer the discount for your order. Rebates are valid for online orders only, void where prohibited by law.

Orders refused at delivery. If you refuse to sign for your order, refuse to accept delivery of your order, or if your delivery is returned due to a non-delivery your order will be considered as a return subject to restocking fees, return shipment, plus a $20 clerical fee. If your order contains any special order items or open box merchandise, the shipment will be returned to you at your expense and risk.

Shipping policy All orders are shipped with Signature Required. We cannot release any orders without signature. Most orders under 70lbs ship Via FedEx or USPS. In some cases, portions of an order may ship by UPS at COPPERBOX.COM's discretion. We cannot third party bill. Shipping charges listed on the checkout page are based on actual shipment and handling charges to the continental 48 US states and in rare cases may vary from the actual amount billed. "Shipping fee" is defined as shipping and handling fees, and additionally for international orders to include increased costs for processing international orders (courier fees, merchant's fees, documentation fees, etc). Large items, irregularly shaped items, and heavy items may ship common carrier freight. In this context and for the Terms of Service Agreement, the term "shipping" and "shipping fees" means "shipping, handling, documentation and waybill preparation, and shipment preparation fees."

APO/FPO Shipping policy We will ship to APO/FPO for our US Armed Forces. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Global Express Mail and is available for most orders under 70lbs. Product must be able to be shipped to destination country as a non-restricted item.

International Shipping Policy  Customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, customs, brokering, and shipping fees levied, incurred, whether intentional or incidental, or by omission, for an amount not to be limited by our shipping quote. If additional duties, taxes, customs, brokering, and shipping fees levied, incurred, whether intentional or incidental, are billed back to COPPERBOX.COM, we will charge the customer's credit card directly for all amounts thereof plus additionally $20 clerical fee.

CANADA Shipping Policy We will ship to most points in CANADA served by USPS Global Express Mail only. We do not ship via FedEx or any other service to CANADA. Product must be able to be shipped to destination country as a non-restricted item. Our shipping rates DO NOT include brokering, customs fees, duties, or taxes, or any other fees levied.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping notes We will ship to most countries served by USPS Global Air Mail, USPS Global Priority Mail, or EMS USPS. Product must be able to be shipped to destination country as a non-restricted item. Our shipping rates DO NOT include brokering, customs fees, duties, or taxes, or any other fees levied. We do not ship to Indonesia, Russia, North Korea, some Eastern European countries, and other countries.

Special Orders and Specialty Items.  Special Orders and Specialty items are items that are not common or are difficult to keep in stock. Special orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and require payment in full to secure the order. Special Orders cannot be canceled.

You may not reuse, quote, duplicate, replicate, or reverse engineer any of our site's content. You may use the images, text, and content solely for the purpose viewing our website from the "www.copperbox.com" url. You may not use any content for any other purpose, including, but not limited to: 3rd party web development, quoting or linking to our site for commercial purposes, or reusing content for your own endeavors.

This agreement is complete and all prior negotiations, oral representations, oral agreements, or written agreements or other instruments implied by estoppal are null and void. Outside the context of this agreement there exists no warranties, obligations, written agreements, oral representations, oral agreements, implied warranties or implied obligations. No warranties are included herein and no implied warranty, guaranty, or implied obligations are to be construed within this agreement. Ambiguities in this contract are not to be interpreted more harshly against the drafting party, Advance Logic Inc ("COPPERBOX.COM"). If this Agreement falls silent, Advance Logic Inc will consider that interpretation to be harshly against Advance Logic Inc. In the case that this Agreement's silence or ambiguity means that a law implies or may imply an obligation because the Agreement failed to exclude an obligation, the Customer ("you") will be responsible for any and all legal fees incurred by Advance Logic Inc in the matter of the Agreement's silence or ambiguity. This Agreement remains in full force if any party or parties breaks, fails to complete, or does not honor any of the term or terms herein. You may have specific legal rights which vary from state to state or otherwise. By using COPPERRBOX.COM you agree to be held to the laws and statues as governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any and all disputes arising will be held accountable according to laws and statues as governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by a Pennsylvania court or magisterial district.
