AVO-V1A2-F Composite Video & Stereo Audio Balun
The Intelix AVO-V1A2-F balun is an ideal solution for transmitting
composite video and ultra-high quality stereo audio up to 2200 feet
over structured cabling, such as Cat 5. Used in pairs, AVO-V1A2-F
baluns replace bulky coaxial cable and utilize a building's existing
structured cabling network.
Example System
Example System 1: Two AVO-V1A2-F baluns connect a
DVD player to a remote plasma and an audio receiver. Audio and video
from the DVD player is balanced by the source balun, transmitted over
the Cat 5 cabling, and then unbalanced by the receive balun. The audio
from the DVD player is sent to the audio receiver and the video is sent
to the plasma.

Example System
Example System 2: A common application for the
AVDA-8-F and AVO-V1A2-F balun is in retail kiosks and residential home
theater distribution--two scenarios in which a single audio/video
source is routed to multiple destinations. In the above example the
composite video and stereo audio from a DVD player is distributed to
four remote plasmas.
