Plan plan plan July 28, 2008 Reviewer: Johnathan Y. from Rochester NY   plan plan plan  I didn't plan my home theater very well.  I did call a local home heather custom installer and they recommended this product.  After initially looking complicated for my family, I decided to order it and have it installed.   I'm not too much of a DIY'er, but once it arrived I spent a day reading the installation guide and laid out the system.  I thought about it and the next day began the install myself.  It was straightforward and not hard. I called support at the copperbox for on issue I didn't quite understand -- the support rep (I think his name was Fedor) explained how the IR routing works and ordered the IR components that I needed to finish my project.   I have three rooms installed with this system and all works great using Harmony remotes. Thank you for your feedback on this review. We appreciate your input!
